Modi and Afzal

Will Modi come to power again? Yes.. this is what I think. Now shouldn’t each of us ask the question why? I am sure the election is fair and that he is the choice of the people although the number of votes may come down this time. But why is the question.

He cites many reasons for which he should be elected. One being the development that Gujarat is facing and another his fight against terrorism. Now BJP is not a secular party and hence Modi is not secular. Hence when Afzal Guru is not hanged, it goes in favour of Modi. Now I don’t know why Afzal Guru is not hanged. I searched the net and came up with this

Can the protectors of law tell us if Afzal guru is guilty or innocent? If he is guilty he should be punished since his crime cannot be forgiven. He killed those who were trying to protect our Parliament. Although those who were protected deserved this or not is another question in itself! But it was the Indian Parliament and every Indian would want to avenge this.As for Modi, he thinks only Hinduvata is the answer for terrorism. Can religion alone decide your patriotism? Every individual who believes in God thinks better of his own religion. This is natural since he is born into it. But this does not mean that it kills your patriotism. I believe religion is something personal and we should leave it there. Let us not try to measure our patriotism in terms of religion since this will create more Modi’s and Afzals.

  1. Afzal has nothing to do with Islam. he has only terrorism in mind sponcered by a neighbouring country Pakistan.

He just helped people who attacked our parliament and killed 7 security persons including a woman.

Modi was the CM of a state that got affected by rioting. He happens to be of the BJP part often proclaimed as right wing. if he was from the Congress and the riots happened....what would you have against Modi? Ok..let me ask..what do we have against Rajiv Gandhi who headed the congress controlling Delhi at that time? We still call him a martyr...

Modi is challenged for his speechs. look what rajiv said after the sikh riots...Some riots took place in the country following the murder of Indiraji. We know the people were very angry and for a few days it seemed that India had been shaken. But, when a mighty tree falls, it is only natural that the earth around it does shake a little....

So some riots took place in Gujarat following the killing of 54 people including children..people were very angry..its only natural that when you pour fuel to fire..it simply ignites!!

Afzal should not be allowed to be given up at the next hijacking attempt!!

  2. Well.. both the Gujarat and the Sikh riots should have never happened. We dint learn our lessons from the Sikh riot or we just dint bother and we are still justifying. It is to stop such mass killing that we have the police and the army (one of the biggest I am told)

I do agree that too much secularism does breed terrorism but that is not the only reason.. it is when religion is politicised that we create terrorism.

  3. There are different kinds of terrorism. Religious terrorism, sectarian terrorism, nationalist terrorism, political terrorism, state terrorism..etc....

A riot is spontaneous like an avalanche. Once it sparks it tough to control.

Religion does not create terrorism, preachers do. Semitic religions that rule by fear and survive on the doctrine of maximum conversion create TERRORISM.
